As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing software solutions that span the full stack of development. You will collaborate closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to deliver robust, high-performance features in an agile environment.

You’ll primarily work with React for front-end development, alongside .NET Core (C#) on the back end (experience with other back-end languages is welcome) 

• Lead the development of new features and enhancements across the front-end and back-end, using React and your expertise in back-end development, with .NET Core (C#) as a bonus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Architect and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable code to optimize performance and scalability.
• Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and performance for front-end and back-end codebases.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on full-stack development and technical best practices.
• Actively participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical roadmaps.
  

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong background in JavaScript, React, and expertise in back-end development (experience in .NET Core (C#) is a plus but not required).
• Demonstrable expertise in building and maintaining complex web applications with a focus on both front-end and back-end aspects.
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure, especially AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  

• Familiarity with other front-end frameworks and back-end languages.
• Experience with container orchestration and deployment tools, such as Kubernetes and Argo CD.
• Experience working in the insurance or related industry.
• Knowledge of additional cloud services or deployment automation tools.
