Production Planner

Bluebird Aero Systems is a leading developer and manufacturer of advanced, tactical unmanned aerial systems (UAV/UAS).

We are hiring an experienced Production Planner to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of our production operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in production procedures and have a results-driven approach together with great problem-solving skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilites include:

• Plan and organize the production workflow and create detailed work plans for the production departments
• Estimate project needs of manpower٫ equipment and raw materials
• Maintain detailed inventory documentation to ensure material and equipment availability according to the project schedule
• Review and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper management
• Work closely together purchasing, quality control٫ warehouse and other staff

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Production Planner in a multi-disciplinary production environment (electronics, mechanical, composite materials etc.)
• Industrial & Management Engineer or Practical Engineer
• Significant experience with production planning and material requirements planning (MRP)
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (SAP B-1 is an advantage)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks
• Good communication abilities and good English
