Guideline Group (traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange) is a leading, well-established company in Israel that provides technological solutions in FinTech, Invest-Tech, Legal Tech, and Business Tech (BT).
We are seeking a Senior CRM Developer & Implementer to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for our CRM platforms' end-to-end implementation, customization, and optimization. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful migration from existing CRM systems, tailoring the system to meet business needs, and providing ongoing support and development for the CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment process of a new CRM across the organization from A to Z.
- Manage the migration process from current CRM systems to the new CRM platform, ensuring data integrity and a seamless transition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop tailored, effective CRM solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
- Develop and customize CRM modules, workflows, and integrations to enhance system functionality and improve user experience.
- Design and implement tailored solutions across CRM products, with a focus on leveraging advanced customization and application development.
- Lead related projects and collaborate with other teams to ensure success.
- Provide technical leadership and support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and conducting training sessions as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 4-5 years of experience in implementing and working with CRM systems.
- Proven ability to take full ownership of CRM projects from A to Z, including initial planning, requirement gathering, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
- Experience in implementing and transitioning from other CRM systems.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing and translating customer needs into effective system solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical solutions within Information Systems.
- Deep understanding of core CRM modules and processes, with the ability to optimize them for maximum business impact.
- Hands-on experience and thorough technical understanding of CRM platforms.
- Broad perspective with the ability to engage and work effectively with various interfaces within the organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced technological environment.
Advantages:
- Relevant education in technology or software engineering
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM and Zoho One tools (e.g., CRM, Desk, Desk, Creator, etc.).
- Experience working in technology companies or a similar environment.
- Experience in complex migration projects.
