Product Manager

A cybersecurity startup has developed deep learning-based technology specifically designed for the cybersecurity field. Using its technology, the company can prevent cyber-attacks rather than simply detecting them after they penetrate an organization.

Located in Tel Aviv near a train station, the company operates a hybrid model with two remote workdays per week. With a global team of 250 employees and 110 in Israel, the Israeli office houses R&D, Product, and senior management.

The company is preparing for an IPO and recently completed a Series D funding round, with total funding reaching $250M.

Roles And Responsibilities

Own the product strategy, roadmap, objectives and use cases the create the best market fit

Clearly define the detailed themes, epics and product stories

Provide business justification for product features and develop use cases to convey the why and how of new product capabilities

Track the product usage and business performance to drive product decisions

Partner with R&D teams while driving for results in cross-group / team projects

Gather customer feedback for product use cases and new capabilities

Work with sales, sales engineers, customer success, support and other field teams and provide product related support and sales enablement data to accelerate business growth

Contribute to the product market positioning and messaging through joint work with product marketing.

Requirements:

• 3 years of product management experience in an Enterprise Software company, B2B SaaS
• Proven experience in leading cybersecurity products
• Proven experience in delivering new products and/or new significant product capabilities to the market
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Customer obsessed, experienced with interacting with customer representatives as well as security practitioners
• Proven ability to work in a fast pace, high load business environment
• Development background and/or strong technical background
• Experience in working with global field teams
• Proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, creative, team player, analytical, data driven and results driven
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent experience is a must
