Analyst

Diamond Capital Israel is seeking a highly motivated Real estate Credit Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will help manage the process of underwriting real estate-backed loans in the US. This role requires a strong understanding of finance and real estate principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire underwriting process, including preparing term sheets, conducting due diligence, managing lawyers and working with various service providers to complete the underwriting.

Analyze financial data, real estate construction budgets, valuation reports and comparables to assess loan viability.

Prepare credit memos, other detailed reports and presentations for senior management.

Ensure all underwriting activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Proficient in Excel with the ability to perform complex financial analyses.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting or a related field is preferred.

Experience in US real estate or real estate financing is a plus
