As a Senior Product Manager for Tokenization, you'll be working with various customer segments, from the largest financial institutions and retail businesses to emerging companies, leading our tokenization product work on the platform and help spearhead our journey to become the industry standard for asset tokenization, focusing on both self-serve adoption and enterprise-grade solutions.

What You'll Do

• Drive product development from ideation to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, strategy, marketing, operations and legal.
• Take ownership of the product, identifying and defining goals and initiatives to impact product growth, efficiency, and stability while ensuring an exceptional user experience.
• Advocate for a user-centric approach in product design and development, balancing user needs with business objectives.
• Deliver comprehensive product requirement documents and designs, propose implementation plans, iterate based on feedback, and ensure timely product shipments.
• Establish metrics and key performance indicators to measure the success of tokenization-related products.
• Conduct in-depth product performance analysis, competitive research, and market research to maintain our product's competitive edge.
  
  

• 6+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering B2B products from conception to launch.
• Strong background in financial systems or related domains.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize initiatives based on measured impact.
• A knack for empathizing with customers and effectively communicating their needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly within cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to clarity and precision when describing use cases and features.
• A passion for user experience and a relentless drive to simplify complex subjects continuously.
