Responsibilities: 

Installation, integration and troubleshooting customized solutions for customer needs

Implement and manage the company’s CI/CD pipelines

Manage various Amazon Web Services environments across multiple accounts

Handle technical challenges like performance, scale, security, and provide root cause analysis for production incidents

Provide DevOps solutions to complex architecture challenges 

Maintain awareness of best industry practices regarding CloudOps, fast deployment, security considerations and monitoring tools

Own team delivery, lead both technical and project aspects

Manage all aspects of the team, including coaching and mentoring. Establish values such as collaboration, communication, service consciousness, and motivation.

Collaborate with the R&D team leads and directors to optimize service performance, deployment, reliability, failover, and scale.

Oversee the team’s deliverables, design, and architecture.

Job Requirements:

2+ years managerial experience as a DevOps/SRE/Platform engineering manager

4+ years experience in AWS solutions (EC2, RDS, VPC, S3, Lambda, Cloudfront)

Experience with both Windows and Linux-based systems, an understanding of system performance areas and security

Hands-on experience with scripting languages (such as: Bash/Python)

Experience with source code management and infrastructure automation tools - Github, Jenkins, Ansible

Experience working with version control systems (GitHub) and GitOps flows

Experience with managing and troubleshooting on-premises, cloud and hybrid web environments

Experience with database management (Redis, MySQL, ElasticSearch/Opensearch)

Experience with Docker and container orchestration frameworks

Advantage:

Experience with MYSQL, ELK, Redis, IIS, and Directory Services

Experience with Kubernetes, Cloudformation, Terraform, NewRelic 

Knowledge of infrastructure as code and familiarity with DevOps cultural principles
