Gliding Deer, an innovative player in the gaming industry, is seeking a driven Live Operations-QA Manager to join our growing team. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams (Monetization, Tech-Art, Product, and QA) to ensure seamless execution of in-app events, promotions, marketing campaigns, sales, and live A/B testing.

Role Highlights:

• Oversee in-game activities via the back-end system.
• Manage promotions, events, and live tests to ensure exceptional player experiences.
• Collaborate with teams to activate/deactivate game features and validate configurations.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and optimal performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Strong Excel skills and technical background.
• Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Attention to detail and a commitment to team success.
• Flexibility to work off-hours when needed.
• Familiarity with SQL and mobile games industry experience is a plus!
