Senior Backend Engineer

Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our core team. You'll be at the heart of our GenAI innovation, building and scaling the systems that power our Gen AI agent. Take part in designing our backend architecture, handle AI model deployments, and dive deep into advanced prompt engineering with various LLMs. We need someone who can take charge of technical initiatives and work closely with our team to turn ambitious ideas into production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

- 6+ years of backend development experience, with demonstrated expertise in Python.

- Solid understanding of prompt engineering and LLM utilization principals.

- Proven experience with our tech stack: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, FastAPI, Redis, MongoDB, and vector databases.

- Deep understanding of software design principles and system architecture.

- Track record of end-to-end project ownership and problem-solving capabilities.

- Experience with startup environments and rapid development cycles preferred.
