Job Description

We are recruiting an interim Payroll Controller as part of CyberArk’s Finance team.

As part of a Global payroll team, responsible for monitoring, controlling and ensuring the accuracy of the monthly payroll.

• Support the payroll administration process in an accurate and timely manner, in line with the Global payroll calendar cut-off dates.
• Coordinate and manage foreign payroll details according to monthly process in collaboration with external foreign Payroll Accountants.
• Process new employees and employment terminations paperwork
• Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality.
  
  

• Certified Payroll Controller
• 1-2 years of experience in preparing/assisting payroll process. Experience working with Hilan software – an advantage.
• Advantage for knowledge in Foreign Payroll.
• Deep Knowledge in Israeli labor laws.
• Deep knowledge of Excel
• English at a high standard
• Able to work and solve issues independently; escalate as appropriate
• Experience in working with HRIS “ SAP Success Factors” – an advantage
