VP of Product

A software development company that is revolutionizing the real estate and architecture sectors with an innovative AI-driven architectural planning solution is looking for a VP of Product to lead their product strategy, with a focus on achieving strong Product-Market Fit (PMF) and positioning the company for scalable success.

In this role, you will help shape and execute their product roadmap, working closely with both business and engineering teams. You will play a key role in transforming strategy into actionable plans and ensuring smooth collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

• Execute the Product Roadmap: Collaborate with leadership and business units, leveraging their insights on market and customer needs to ensure effective execution of the product roadmap.
• Lead the Product Team: Oversee and mentor the product team, ensuring high-performance delivery and strategic alignment.
• Drive Product-Market Fit: Continuously refine the product to meet market demands by utilizing customer insights and monitoring industry trends, ensuring a responsive feedback loop to seize new opportunities.
• Lead Product Development: Work closely with engineering teams to develop innovative features that enhance user experience and increase engagement.
• Customer-Centric Execution: Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to understand customer needs and ensure their feedback is incorporated into product development.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Align product delivery with go-to-market strategies by working closely with relevant teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Product Operations: Manage processes and tools to drive operational efficiency and streamline workflows in product development.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and insights from business units to inform decision-making, track KPIs, and adjust execution strategies for optimal product performance.
  
  

• 7-10 years of experience in product management roles, with at least 3 years in a startup environment, preferably in the most recent role.
• Proven experience in refining product-market fit through a customer-centric approach.
• Demonstrated success in developing and scaling first-to-market SaaS products.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven track record in building and executing product roadmaps from concept to launch in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong understanding of customer feedback processes and translating user insights into impactful product features.
• Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of KPIs and product metrics to guide decision-making and improve performance.
• Passion for leveraging technology to solve complex challenges within the real estate industry.
