We are recruiting for a leading financial organization in the central region, a Head of Legal Advisory Department in the field of investments.
Responsibilities
Providing legal support and advice to investment division representatives
Handling corporate governance matters, including approvals and processes
Thorough knowledge of various transaction types (credit, real estate, equity)
Assisting in drafting and formulating policy documents and procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law and a valid Israeli law license
Approximately 10 years of experience in legal advisory within the investment field – Must
Managerial experience – Must
Knowledge of relevant regulations
Previous experience in financial companies - advantage
