Technical Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the ongoing maintenance of machines, robots, and peripheral equipment in the factory.
• Planning and executing the annual maintenance schedule for machines, robots, and peripheral equipment.
• Ensuring the functionality and smooth operation of factory automation systems.
• Involvement in defining advanced automation and technologies and implementing them in production.
• Participating in the product development stages, from R&D to production.
• Documenting maintenance history for all production equipment.
• Implementing the annual operational investment plan.
• Overseeing building maintenance.
• Managing maintenance and construction projects in the factory.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering degree or similar qualification - mandatory.
• Familiarity with plastic injection molding - an advantage.
• Proven management experience in maintenance - mandatory.
• Knowledge and experience in hydraulics, electricity, and automation.
• Excellent command of Hebrew and English, both written and spoken - essential.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Office, excellent Excel skills, ERP systems - an advantage.
• Proven ability to lead teams and motivate colleagues.
• Willingness to work hard.
• Strong self-learning abilities.
