Role Description

STXI Motion is looking for a Quality Engineer with a passion for industrial automation. This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Engineer at STXI Motion in Petah Tikva. As a Quality Engineer you will play a fundamental role in one the industry’s leading engineering teams in the field of drive technology and industrial automation. As part of a customer-focused organization, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes and be reporting to the head of quality.

Responsibilities

• Be the focus point for customers and lead field service calls as well as customer complaints and investigations.
• Be the focal point of contact to relevant regulatory standards labs such as CE, UL and TUV, and ensure the requirements are implemented throughout the quality management system of the company.
• Ensure nonconformances/ deviations/ complaints are investigated and assessed for root cause identification, with effective corrective and preventative actions (CAPA)
• Interact and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, R&D, and other functions to improve company's working processes.
• Lead and perform external audits to suppliers and subcontractors with preparation, improvements, summary and follow up.
• Data collection and analysis: define the methods, monitor reports and present trends, make recommendations and follow up the action steps for change, maintenance and improvement.

Education and Experience    

• Mechanical Engineering degree
• 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance as part of a manufacturing environment
• Experience with UL, TUV regulatory standards - advantage.
• Experience with Priority ERP – advantage.
• Quality auditing certification and Experience
• Quality Standards knowledge (ISO9001 etc.)
• Microsoft Excel deep Knowledge
• Excellent English proficiency – both verbal and written
