About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Sales Director with experience in B2B and B2C sales. The ideal candidate will excel in developing pipelines, building relationships, and executing effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Conduct market research and segmentation to identify opportunities.
• Build relationships through networking and participation in industry events.
• Manage CRM systems and ensure pipeline accuracy.
• Oversee inbound lead qualification and conversion.

Requirements

• Experience: 5-7 years in sales with a background in high-tech, media, or AdTech.
• Skills: Strong networking and communication abilities; fluency in English.
• Hands-On Approach: Proven ability to manage every stage of the sales process, from lead generation to closing.
• Expertise: Demonstrated success in selling products and services, creating GTM strategies, and using sales enablement tools.
