Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, be proficient in data manipulation and analysis, and have a proven track record of turning complex data into actionable insights. This role requires hands-on capabilities, as you will work closely with large datasets, various analytics tools, and cross-functional teams to drive data-informed strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Insights: Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights, helping to shape business strategies and operational decisions.

• Data Visualization: Create intuitive and informative dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (marketing, product, finance, etc.) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

• Predictive Modeling & Forecasting: Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast key metrics and support business planning.

• Data Quality & Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation, cleaning, and troubleshooting, maintaining a high level of data quality.

• Project Management: Lead and manage analytics projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of results.

• Mentorship & Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts, promoting best practices in data analysis and interpretation.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in data analytics, preferably in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

• Technical Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, and/or R for data manipulation and analysis.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Strong understanding of statistical methods and their practical applications.

• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Strong communication skills, able to translate complex data findings for various audiences.

• Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.

• Bonus Points:

• Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital marketing analytics.

• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and algorithms.
