The software implementer will be responsible for the implementation and integration of various software systems within the company, ensuring alignment with the organization’s business needs. The implementer will collaborate with various departments, such as R&D, Operations, Quality, and Finance, to ensure the systems effectively support daily operations. Additionally, the implementer will be involved in training, providing technical support to users, and overseeing system upgrades and updates.
This role combines technological expertise with a focus on organizational needs, offering the opportunity to directly influence processes and work methods within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Software Installation and Implementation – Installing software, configuring systems, and adapting them to meet the company's business requirements
- Business Needs Analysis – Collaborating with various departments to identify business needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- User Training – Training and guiding end users in working with new systems, with an emphasis on practical training
- Technical Support – Addressing software system issues and providing ongoing support to users after implementation
- Upgrades and Updates – Maintaining existing systems, performing upgrades, and updating versions as per organizational needs
- Collaboration with Software Vendors – Coordinating with software vendors as needed, including installing updates and bug fixes
- Report Generation – Creating reports on system activity and usage, analyzing data, and recommending improvements
- Continuous Improvement – Identifying areas for improvement in work processes and optimizing the use of technological systems
Required Skills:
- A relevant bachelor's degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field).
- 2 years of Experience in software implementation and integration, such as ERP systems, Document & Training management systems
- Strong technical understanding of information systems, including integration processes between systems
- Ability to analyze and understand business processes
- Experience providing technical support and user training
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Familiarity with basic programming languages (advantage)
