SaaS Software architect / Java for an AI start up - Local Israel

A start-up in Tel Aviv developing an AI-driven Network Optimization tool is looking for a SaaS Software architect to Design and lead the development of our ML-based network automation platform. You'll architect a scalable software systems, write code in Java/Python, and guide our engineering team. Work with product managers to turn business needs into technical solutions.

Ensure high-quality, secure, and performant systems. 

You will work in the office from Monday to Wednesday and from home on Sunday and Thursday.

Requirements

Bsc in communication system engineering is preferred, OR computer science / Msc is a plus. 

8+ years in software development, 3+ years as a lead software architect

Strong skills in microservices, Kubernetes, *Java*, Python, and cloud platforms

Experience with technologies like Kafka, Spring, and MongoDB

Knowledge of networking (a big plus)

Bonus Points:

Familiarity with machine learning and data processing

Experience with agile development methods
