Trading Room Manager

A leading financial organization is seeking a Trading Room Manager to lead a professional team in establishing and developing our trading operations. In this role, you will oversee the setup and management of a trading room, provide expert support to clients, conduct trade monitoring and controls, develop trading systems, create efficient workflows, and recruit a high-quality team.

Establish and manage a state-of-the-art trading room

Supervise trade controls, optimize processes, and mitigate risks

Provide professional service and support to the organization’s clients

Lead trading system development projects and adapt them to organizational needs

Build structured and efficient work processes for the team

Recruit, train, and guide a skilled professional team

Position Requirements:

Prior managerial experience in securities trading – required

Academic degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting – required

Experience in derivatives – a strong advantage

High proficiency in English – an advantage

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
