Freelance Bookkeeping Assistant

Clear Gate is an Israeli-based cyber-security and research company. We perform a cyber security risk assessment according to laws and regulations and suggest a mitigation plan to protect the organization’s data against malicious actors.

We are seeking a motivated and talented freelance bookkeeper for approximately ~20 hours per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, distribute, and confirm receipt of detailed invoices for accounts, ensuring accuracy according to payment terms agreements.
• Monitor accounts receivable to identify overdue payments and initiate collection activities until payment is received.
• Monitor the company's expenses, ensure accuracy and compliance, and report for submission to the company's accountant.
• Collaborate closely with the human resource manager and the accountant to ensure seamless financial reporting and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• An experience working with small-sized B2B companies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
• Accountant certification – advantage. 
• Strong ability to pay attention to details and prioritize work.
• Strong computer skills, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and invoicing software such as EZcount, iCount etc.
