About the Position

We are looking for a visionary Head of Product to join us and spearhead the growth of our product department at Alison.ai. This position is critical for driving the rapid development and innovation of our young, complex product while ensuring stability for our existing customer base. As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for building and managing the product team, fostering a culture of fast-paced advancement, and ensuring we remain at the forefront of the market.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the strategic direction and execution of Alison.ai's product roadmap. Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and innovations that align with market needs and business goals.
• Establishing and managing a high-performing product team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. This includes recruiting top talent, developing team members' skills, setting clear objectives, and creating an environment that encourages creativity and excellence.
• Overseeing the fast-paced development of our product, ensuring we stay ahead of competitors while maintaining stability for our current customers. This involves setting ambitious development timelines, prioritizing features based on market needs and customer feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality product updates.
• Handling the intricate elements of our product, which includes BI and insights, and ensuring it supports all necessary functionalities seamlessly. This requires a deep understanding of data products and AI, and the ability to integrate various components into a cohesive and user-friendly product.
• Monitoring product performance metrics, conducting data analysis, and deriving actionable insights to optimize user experience, engagement, and retention.
• Working closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless integration of product initiatives across all departments. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in senior product management roles (Head of Product/Director of Product, etc.), preferably in startups that scaled to large companies, with a track record of building high-performing teams and delivering successful products to market.
• Deep understanding of B2B product development methodologies, agile practices, SaaS environments, and emerging technologies.
• An understanding of user experience principles and UX research methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of the marketing field and/or previous experience working in the Martech or Ad-Tech industry.
• Knowledge of the AI and Data fields.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels and organizational functions.
• Excellent English language proficiency in both written and verbal communication and presentations.
