We're seeking a Marketing Manager with a broad, hands-on skill set and deep knowledge across all facets of B2B marketing. The perfect fit will bring proven expertise in crafting and executing multi-channel strategies, running performance-driven digital campaigns, managing complex ad buys, and generating high-impact content. You’ll thrive on the ability to analyze, iterate, and optimize each step while directly contributing to both high-level strategy and in-the-weeds execution.
What You'll Do:
- Global Strategy and Outreach: Craft messaging that drives introductions across the digital economy and helps sales reach and engage target audiences effectively.
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Strategically develop and execute comprehensive campaigns, ensuring alignment with our marketing objectives.
- Thought Leadership and Market Insight: Identify emerging trends and generate content that positions Payouts.com as an industry leader. Engage with leaders worldwide to deepen our understanding of customer needs.
- Hands-On Digital Marketing: Dive into digital, social, and email marketing, managing everything from SEO optimization to crafting engaging social media content that drives traffic and brand recognition.
- Media Buying and Optimization: Use your media-buying expertise to select channels, build ad creatives, and develop targeting and bidding strategies. Optimize campaigns for performance, including lead quality and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Lead Generation and CRM Mastery: Combine your CRM (HubSpot) skills with knowledge of automation tools to nurture leads through the pipeline and track the entire buyer journey.
- Analytics and Optimization: Analyze campaign metrics (CPC, CPL, CTR, CAC) and optimize for continuous improvement, keeping an eye on trends and adjusting strategies for maximum impact.
The Skills You Bring:
- Proven Expertise in B2B Marketing: 3+ years of experience in global B2B marketing, especially within tech-driven solutions. Must
- Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Strong background in managing high-performing LinkedIn and Google Ads for B2B SaaS, plus a strategic approach to media buying, SEO, and SEM.
- Creative Communication: A knack for simplifying complex technologies into persuasive messaging and content.
- Strategic and Tactical Balance: Ability to balance high-level strategy with tactical hands-on execution across multiple areas of marketing.
- Data-Driven Mindset: A keen ability to measure, interpret, and improve performance metrics.
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics to track, manage, and optimize campaigns.
- Up-to-Date Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest trends in digital marketing and programmatic ad buying.
