Head of Product (reporting to the COO)

To lead and oversee product management team, manage entire product portfolio, help craft and drive the company’s product strategy, and work closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Support and with the large customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Vision: Define and execute the overall product strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and business goals.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customers to ensure product success from concept through launch and beyond.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from market research and ideation to product development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Outbound and Inbound Product Management: Balance and manage both outbound and inbound product management responsibilities, including frequent customer engagement, market analysis, and product roadmap development.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including delivering presentations and product updates to executive teams, customers, and partners.
• Identify and work with strategic partners on synergetic solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing product managers in a B2B software company
• Strong knowledge and experience in the telematics/IoT industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a hands-on approach
• Strategic market perspective and interest
• High-level proficiency in English, including excellent public speaking and presentation skills
• Experience with AI and hardware is highly advantageous
