Job Description - Temporary Position - Maternity Leave Coverage 

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for a temporary maternity leave coverage position. 

As a Business Development Manager, you will act as the quarterback of a few comparison sites. Your responsibility would be to optimize every aspect of the site for maximum performance. Having the right content, features, and brands are all moving parts in quest for better performance. 

You will not be alone in this quest, and will work alongside and collaborate with our PPC, product, and development teams to move the needle in every aspect of your verticals’ performance. 

Partnerships are at the core of our business. You will manage relationships with our existing partners; leverage our proprietary technology and data to analyze partners’ performance, discover & nurture new vertical trends, and create opportunities with new partners, all with the purpose of improving the P&L of the verticals you’re working on. 

From time to time, you will open new verticals and grow it from ideation to scale.  

 Who is our Ideal Candidate? 

• Minimum 2 years’ experience of Business Development, Account Management or Customer Success roles in online marketing companies. 
• English - Very high level. Written and verbal. 
• Highly organized and an efficient multi-tasker 
• Fast and independent learner & doer. 
• Team player who can collaborate across departments. 
• Experience in the online comparison sites or performance marketing industry – an advantage.
• Technological proficiency and understanding of the performance marketing ecosystem – performance models / affiliate platforms / tracking / Tableau, WordPress – an advantage.
• Negotiation abilities – an advantage
