About the position

The Project Manager ensures effective coordination across various functions throughout the entire product lifecycle. This role also requires taking ownership of projects from end to end, acting as the primary client-facing representative, and ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Define product vision, gather and analyze requirements, and establish the product roadmap.
• Oversee the creation of innovative solutions, ensuring that product specifications align with client needs and business goals.
• Create detailed project plans, allocate resources, and define timelines and milestones
• Track project progress, handle issues, and adjust plans as needed to stay on track
• Ensure project deliverables are completed, review project outcomes, and conduct post-project evaluation
• Oversee ongoing product support, including addressing client feedback and handling any post-launch issues.
• Management of interfaces and internal organizational entities.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years proven experience related to information systems and Project Management.
• Ability to understand business situations / needs and conceptualize technical solutions accordingly.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A strong sense of responsibility and quality standards.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (Jira, Monday, Excel, etc.).
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex software projects from inception to completion.
• Experience in a client-facing role with a strong ability to manage client expectations and relationships.

This role requires a full time on-site at the client's offices (Shlomo Group).
