Call center sales lead - Haifa

We are looking for an !experienced! Call Center Sales Lead to oversee and support our sales team within the call center. In this role, you will guide and motivate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensure adherence to company policies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and customer service, a hands-on leader who can inspire and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a call center leadership , with a strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with call center metrics, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
