Salesforce department manager

Ingima Israel is looking for Salesforce department manager in leading Company!

Responsibility and technological leadership of the Salesforce field in the information systems department, responsibility includes planning, managing and executing projects in Salesforce.

Managing a team of features, implementers and developers, managing the work interfaces with the various teams in information systems and suppliers and working closely with the customers in the management of the organization

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in the field of information systems / systems analysis / project management - mandatory

At least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects in the field of Salesforce - mandatory

Technical knowledge of Salesforce - mandatory

Experience of at least two years in managing a team of system analysts/project managers

Proven ability in matrix management

Ability to manage teams and tasks while resolving conflicts and complying with work plans on time and with quality.

Ability to respond and make effective decisions

Ability to work fully independently with external suppliers and internal customers according to the various projects

In-depth knowledge of Service, Sales and Marketing modules - an advantage

Ability to work dynamically while providing quick solutions

Experience from large organizations
