Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our R&D team and contribute to high-impact projects. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing critical features across the stack for our product suite, with a stronger emphasis on front-end development. You’ll play an integral part in designing solutions that align with business goals, deconstructing complex problems, and constructing effective, scalable solutions.

This role requires a high level of independence, technical expertise, and strategic thinking, as you’ll be expected to take ownership of projects from concept to completion. You will lead and manage front-end tasks within the team, ensuring cohesive, high-quality front-end implementations while also contributing to back-end development.

Responsibilities:

• Front-End Scope & Ownership: Own and drive front-end tasks across the product suite, managing team-wide front-end initiatives for consistent user experiences and high performance.
• Product Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end features, balancing front-end and back-end responsibilities.
• Problem Solving: Break down complex issues, assess potential solutions, and construct effective approaches that meet user needs and technical requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with team members across Engineering, Data and product teams to ensure technical strategies align with business goals.
• Mentorship: Support the growth of team members by sharing your expertise and encouraging best practices in software development.
• Innovation & Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and technical excellence by exploring new tools, methodologies, and solutions that keep us at the forefront of technology.
  
  

• 5+ years in full-stack software engineering, with proven expertise in front-end (React, Vite.js) and back-end (Node.js, Express) technologies.
• Strong experience working across multiple products and building functional, production-ready applications from proof of concept (POC) through to full implementation.
• Working knowledge of AWS services, with experience deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build prototypes, MVPs, or proof of concepts, effectively translating ideas into practical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
