This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Nesher Israeli Cement in Ramla. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the hiring process. Additionally, the Recruiter will maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Recruitment, Screening, and Selection skills
• Interview Coordination and Hiring Process Management skills
• Relationship Management with Recruitment Agencies
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and Regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
