UX/UI Designer

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance our users’ journey. You’ll work closely with our product department, developers and other stakeholders to ensure that our products not only look great but also function seamlessly. Experience in the gaming or sports fields is a major advantage, as this role will involve designing for an audience that is highly engaged in these areas.

About the Role:

User-Centered Design: Design user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and accessible, with a strong focus on B2C audiences

Interface Design: Create clean, modern, and visually appealing interfaces in Figma that align with our brand and product requirements.

Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.

User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design decisions.

Prototype Development: Develop interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate design concepts and test ideas with stakeholders and users.

Industry Insights: Leverage knowledge of gaming/sports industry trends to create designs that resonate with our user base.

Iterative Design: Continually improve designs based on feedback and user analytics to enhance overall user satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, ideally with some background in gaming or sports.
• Skills: Proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs for B2C products.
• Developer Collaboration: Experience working closely with developers to bridge design and development for smooth implementation.
• User-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of B2C user experiences, with a focus on creating enjoyable and seamless user journeys.
• Research & Testing: Familiarity with user research methods, A/B testing, and analyzing user feedback.
