Signal Processing Algorithm Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Signal Processing Algorithm Engineer to join our team in the research and development of advanced signal processing and communication algorithms for complex operational scenarios. In this role, you will:

• Engage in the in-depth development of all communication layers, including advanced modulation techniques, channel estimation, error correction codes, and synchronization methods.
• Integrate advanced tools such as link adaptation, diversity techniques, and SFO/CFO correction.
• Support design considerations and system engineering throughout the development lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a focus on communications and signal processing; M.Sc. in Communications/Signal Processing is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Expertise in at least one of the following: MATLAB, Python, or C++.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in algorithm development for communication/signal processing systems.
• Familiarity with PHY standards for WiFi or cellular communication is an advantage.
• Practical experience in communication/RF system design and engineering is an advantage.
• Previous experience leading a development team is a plus.
