Algorithm Engineer – Robotics Autonomous Systems

Are you an experienced mechanical or robotics engineer passionate about innovation in autonomous systems? We are looking for a strategic leader to drive the development of advanced algorithms for our autonomous systems projects.

Role Overview: As an Algorithm Engineer, you will:

• Develop algorithms in robotics areas like Perception, Low-Level Control, Exploration, Pathfinding, and Estimation.
• Contribute to core robotics technologies and align projects with our strategic roadmap.
• Participate in engineering processes, including pricing, requirements analysis, and milestone setting.
• Engage in experiments, data analysis, and documentation.
• Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate with subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering (advanced degrees preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years in algorithm development.
• Experience in control, navigation, sensor integration, and programming in C and Python is a plus.
• Advantageous backgrounds include electronics, mechanics, computer vision, AI, ROS, Linux, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong ability to manage uncertainty and adapt to client-driven changes.
