Validation & Integration Manager

We are looking for an experienced leader to drive and oversee our teams dedicated to integration, testing, automation, and customer support. This role requires a balance of technical depth and strategic insight, collaborating across engineering, product, architecture, and customer-facing teams. You’ll ensure high-quality product outcomes and smooth deployment processes, from proof of concept (POC) through production, tailored for customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

As the Validation & Integration Lead, you will guide a team of 10-15 professionals in three primary areas: DevOps, Quality & Test Automation, Customer Deployment & Success

Qualifications

• Over 8 years managing QA, testing, or automation teams focusing on scalable testing frameworks.
• Strong background in quality assurance principles and methodologies.
• Extensive experience in CI/CD practices and managing DevOps pipelines.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Git, and Linux, along with understanding of hardware integration, firmware, and drivers.
• Background in customer success or deployment engineering- Plus
• Familiarity with AI systems - Plus
