We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our Engineering team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions to enhance our supply chain automation and predictive analytics capabilities. This role is perfect for an engineer who is passionate about applying AI/ML to solve real-world industrial challenges. This is a hybrid role, combining the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of in-person collaboration in our Israel office.

• Architect and deploy machine learning models to optimize supply chain planning and automation.
• Process and analyze large-scale data to build predictive and prescriptive solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models with Sojo Shield’s platform.
• Experiment with and apply advanced algorithms for data extraction and anomaly detection.
• Regularly monitor, test, and refine ML models to ensure performance and scalability.
• Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for various stakeholders.
• Keep up with emerging AI and ML technologies, incorporating them to enhance Sojo Shield’s capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Expertise in Python and libraries for ML and data processing (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow).
• Solid understanding of ML techniques and statistical analysis.
• Proven experience with end-to-end ML pipelines and handling large datasets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Experience with cloud-based ML services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI, Azure ML).
• Knowledge of supply chain management data and processes.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
