Technical Project Manager

Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with cutting-edge products based in Tel Aviv.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our R&D department. As part of the role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of our projects across the R&D organization and play a critical role in the success of our technology initiatives, managing risks, tracking progress, and communicating with partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects and be responsible for the overall project execution
• Responsibility for defining, distributing, tracking and delivering projects tasks and milestones on time
• Manage the team assignments and priorities based on the roadmap, incoming requests and ongoing maintenance
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to create engagement, provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time with a focus on technical excellence and top-quality of delivery
  
  

• At least 4 years of experience in project management in a technological environment.
• Experience working with R&D teams, Product, Customer Success and Research
• Experience working with advanced project management tools (Monday/ Jira or similar).
• Strong technical skills, along with a business sense.
• Excellent project management skills with an ability to multitask and time management.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving skills
• A team player with a great attitude and social skills that can lead a team to the desired results.
• Great presentation and organizational skills.
