Commission Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our commission structure with a critical focus on business continuity and risk management. The role requires the ability to maintain operational resilience across changing and challenging business environments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis to optimize revenue, reduce losses, and identify improvement areas.
• Manage the tariff update process, including pricing, financial forums, documentation, configurations, regulatory updates, and customer communications.
• Ensure timely and automated collection of subscription fees and usage charges.
• Experience in business continuity.
• Maintain operational controls, including accurate fee collection and SMS notifications.
• Monitor and address gaps from risk surveys, audits, and failure events, summarizing related damages or losses.
• Define a framework for authorizations related to credits/refunds and consolidate total amounts.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience with commission structures, preferably in a digital banking or fintech environment.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards, with a solid understanding of banking regulations impacting commission structures and pricing.
