Bazarr.ai is developing an AI-driven procurement infrastructure for the $2T US wholesale market.

At the core of the system is an AI broker that connects online retailers and wholesalers, recommends the best purchase deals for them, and closes the deal.

The company raised initial money from respected VC's and angels, has an MVP with paying customers, and is accompanied by the former CTO of Alibaba.com as a technological advisor.

We are looking for a technical leader specializing in system architecture, web application development on cloud infrastructures, and most importantly, someone who will lead, influence, and develop the first system in his field!

What You’ll Be Doing:

•⁠ ⁠Leading the development of our core technology infrastructure, focusing on web applications, backend services, and scalable cloud solutions.

•⁠ ⁠Designing, developing, and maintaining our platforms using a variety of programming languages, with a focus on Python and JavaScript.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborating closely with the product, design, and operations teams to turn business needs into high-performing technical solutions.

•⁠ ⁠Ensuring best practices in code quality, security, and performance across the tech stack.

•⁠ ⁠Exploring and integrating new technologies to solve business problems and enhance product offerings.

•⁠ ⁠Managing and mentoring a growing team of engineers, ensuring continuous learning and skill development.

Professional Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

•⁠ ⁠Solid experience in JavaScript (Node.js, React, Vue, or Angular).

•⁠ ⁠Experience building and deploying scalable systems, with a focus on microservices and serverless architecture.

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and experience with data modeling.

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with front-end frameworks and responsive web design principles.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work with APIs (REST, GraphQL) and third-party integrations.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in working within an Agile/Scrum environment and using tools like JIRA or Trello.

Bonus Skills:

•⁠ ⁠Experience with AI/ML frameworks or data science tools.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of mobile development (iOS/Android).

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with security best practices (OAuth, encryption, etc.).
