Incident Response Team Leader

Global Cyber Company is looking for an Incident Response (IR) Department Manager. The role includes managing complex cyber investigations, developing response and investigation strategies, and leading a team of researchers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Incident Response team in global cyber incident investigations.
• Develop response and investigation strategies and ensure their implementation in client systems.
• Manage and execute real-time investigations, identifying and addressing complex cyber attacks.
• Coordinate with global teams and collaborate with various units within the company.
• Develop and deliver internal training for client teams in Israel and worldwide.
• Produce investigation reports and threat landscape reviews.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 5 years or more in Incident Response, including at least 2 years in team management.
• In-depth knowledge of log analysis, protection systems, and complex network environments.
• Experience with advanced investigation and response tools (SIEM, EDR, Forensics).
• Ability to motivate and lead a team, coordinating actions in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to senior management.
• High-level English; additional languages are a plus.
