System Engineer

Position: System Engineer – Responsible for System-Wide Configuration and Continuous Improvement

Role Purpose: This position involves responsibility for all system-wide configurations and their implementation, alongside ongoing efforts to improve system performance. The role includes coordinating requirements with software and hardware departments, as well as verifying and validating various assemblies under the engineer’s responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-depth understanding of hardware, software systems, and inter-system interfaces.
• Identification and troubleshooting of system failures, and communicating requirements to the development departments.
• Participation in the development of new modules: defining hardware and software requirements.
• Supporting the design process and providing feedback throughout the development of design matrices.
• Verification and validation of modules under responsibility.
• Providing technical support for production processes.

Work Interfaces:

• Internal Interfaces: Development departments, operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• External Interfaces: Clients, suppliers, and occasional travel abroad for on-site system support.

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – required.
2. Master’s degree – an advantage.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in system engineering, with a focus on design matrix development in fields such as software, electrical, mechanical, and physics.
4. Experience with large, multi-disciplinary machines (in both physical scale and technical complexity) – an advantage.
5. Independent worker with a proactive approach.
6. Willingness to travel abroad as needed.
7. Knowledge in the microelectronics industry – an advantage.
8. Minimum of 7 years of industry experience – required.
