CRM System Analyst

Gtech IT is seeking a seasoned Systems Analyst to join a tean in one of our premier clients in Petah Tikva. If you are passionate about innovation, thrive on challenges, and want to make a significant impact on business processes, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate with development teams
• Design database structures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering with an Information Systems focus, or a Systems Analysis certification. Required.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications OR Salesforce. Highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in complex systems analysis, including requirements gathering, functional and technical specifications, HLD and LLD.
• Proven experience in designing interfaces for both internal and external systems. Required.
• Experience with SQL and ERD modeling.
• At least 3 years of experience in CRM systems analysis, preferably Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
• Deep understanding of operational processes in insurance and financial institutions. Highly preferred.
