Performance Marketer

Are you a data-driven marketer who gets excited about ROAS and conversion rates? We're looking for a performance marketing expert to join our team!

What You'll Do:

• Manage $150K+ monthly ad spend across Meta and Google Ads
• Own our paid acquisition strategy from A to Z
• Turn data into actionable insights and profitable campaigns
• Test, optimize, and scale what works
• Report on key metrics that matter

You're Perfect for This Role If:

• You have a proven track record managing large-scale Meta & Google Ads campaigns
• You're obsessed with numbers and can spot patterns in data others might miss
• You've generated measurable results and can back them with real examples
• You're always testing new approaches and staying ahead of platform changes
• You have a growth mindset

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Experience with conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and analytics tools
• Excellent understanding of sales funnels and customer journey
• Track record of achieving and exceeding profitability targets
