Job Description:

As a key member of the finance team, you will lead the financial reporting and accounting activities. This position reports to the CFO and assumes a strategic role.

This position oversees the accounting and operational matters of the company and subsidiaries abroad.

Qualifications and Requirements:

 CPA, BA in Accounting or Finance

 Proven experience as Finance Controller

 Experience with Nasdaq traded company

 Experience of working in a world wide team

 Experience in consolidation

 English - Fluent writing and speaking.

 High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-

orientation.

 High-level IFRS knowledge and accounting practice.
