8fig is looking for a passionate and experienced VP RnD to join our team! Our mission at 8fig is to democratize eCommerce by empowering small business owners to become eight-figure businesses and supporting their journey to get there. 8fig is an AI-driven digital platform that serves as a financial advisor for eCommerce sellers. We offer a suite of financial planning tools and provide sellers with continuous, unlimited capital to grow their brands.

As our VP of R&D, you’ll play a key role in driving innovation and ensuring the technical excellence of our platform. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll hold a crucial position on the company's management team. You’ll lead a talented team, fostering cross-departmental collaboration to develop scalable, high-impact solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the R&D strategy aligned with 8fig’s business goals.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing R&D team while nurturing a collaborative culture.
• Innovation & Execution: Drive the development of AI-driven solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and optimized for user experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations to align technical development with market needs and business objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the design, development, and testing processes to maintain and enhance product quality and reliability.
