The Job

As a Junior UiPath Developer on the Support Team, you will play a vital role in providing assistance with automation solutions using the UiPath platform. You will work under the guidance of senior developers and team leaders to understand project requirements and help maintain effective automation processes. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting projects in Israel while also assisting other regions. This role offers a great opportunity to enhance your skills and contribute to ABP’s mission of streamlining operations and boosting productivity. The work can be performed remotely or onsite, depending on where you are based, projects and client needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Automation Support: Provide ongoing support for automation processes developed with UiPath, including troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaboration: Work with business analysts, project teams, and senior developers to gather requirements and understand business objectives across different regions.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing automated workflows to confirm functionality and assist in deploying solutions to various projects.
• Documentation: Help prepare and maintain documentation related to automation processes, support procedures, and user guides.
• Learning and Development: Stay current with UiPath features and industry trends, and take the initiative to enhance your skills in automation and support.

Must Haves

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in RPA or automation development, with hands-on experience using UiPath and exposure to support roles.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in both Hebrew and English, with strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• Location: Must be based in one of our operational regions: the UK, Portugal, Israel, Ireland, or Denmark.
• Analytical Skills: Basic analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn how to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Experience with UiPath Studio or other automation tools.
• Familiarity with automation concepts and basic programming.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and learn from senior members.

Nice to Haves

• Integration Experience: Basic understanding of integrating UiPath solutions with other applications.
• UiPath Certification: A UiPath RPA Developer certification or a willingness to pursue one.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Programming Skills: Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or VB.NET.
