Tech Lead Software Engineer

We are now seeking a Tech Lead to join our development teams. We work in a hybrid model, so it is required to come to the Tel Aviv office three times a week.

Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development teams.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Conduct POCs, research new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance the team's efficiency.

Required Experience:

• 8+ years in development

• C# and SQL experience

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience working with cloud providers such as AWS – an advantage

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English

• Excellent people skills and a "can-do" attitude

• Independent, highly motivated self-learner
