What You We'll Do:

• Backlog Management: Oversee and prioritize tasks according to business goals and user needs.
• Requirements Gathering: Work with various departments to understand business needs and represent them to the development teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Scrum Master and development teams.
• Process Definition: Design workflows and essential functions for banking systems and user interfaces.
• Agile Methodology: Regular activities within agile work teams.

What You'll Need:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration (specialization in Information Systems), Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing technology projects.
• Experience in a Product Owner or product management role, with familiarity with Jira – an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in the financial and data domains – a significant advantage!
