As a Sales Business Partner at Cognyte you will play a pivotal role within our finance and sales functions, working closely with sales regional management to gain a deep understanding of the sales funnel, identify revenue opportunities, and drive strategic insights across various business finance initiatives. Leveraging your strong finance expertise, you will support financial projects, ensure data-driven decision-making, and foster a strong business finance partnership.

As a Cognyter you will:

• Lead and support all regional financial projects, including budgeting, expense control, P&L analysis, forecasting, and monitoring.
• Act as a strategic partner to sales regional management, providing insights to help drive data-driven decisions across sales and finance functions.
• Collaborate with managers across departments, including Sales, Finance, Project Management, and Operations, to support strategic planning and business plan development.
• Work within a matrix environment, ensuring alignment and collaboration with various teams and within different finance functions.

For that mission you’ll need:

• BA in Economics or similar
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an FP&A/analyst/ business finance (preferably in a global company)
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, fast learner, independent worker, ability to work effectively in a matrix mode
• Open and able to complete varied tasks within tight deadlines
• Excellent Excel capabilities and analytical skills – Mandatory
• Able to complete varied tasks within tight deadlines
• Experienced with business information technologies – Advantage
• An endlessly curious mind
• Fluent English – MUST!
