Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team to help evolve the product into new directions and maintain market leadership. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating great products and equally passionate about cyber and the cloud (yes, we’d like to have experience across these 3 domains as well!). About the role:

• Strategic Product Vision: Participate in developing the product roadmap, integrating market analysis and customer insights to align with business objectives.
• Customer-centric product definition: Directly engage with customers for insights, driving their translation into product features. Define and prioritize product requirements and user stories.
• Guidance and Collaboration with R&D: Ensure close collaboration with R&D to convey customer needs and guide feature development. Assist in creating a development plan, focusing on alignment of technical capabilities with market needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Communicate product strategy to internal and external stakeholders. Act as the product's representative in various engagements to promote visibility and alignment.
  
  

• At least 5 years in product management, with at least 3 years in the cybersecurity sector.
• A solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies, trends, and challenges.
• A solid understanding of cloud technologies, trends, and challenges.
• Experience in collaborating with technical teams and an ability to grasp complex technical concepts.
• Proficiency in analyzing market data and customer insights with a hands-on approach to data and analytics to inform product decisions and guide strategic choices.
• Proven experience in engaging with customers, getting to the bottom of their needs, and effectively translating them into actionable product features.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of driving consensus and influencing outcomes.
