Data engineer Team lead

About the Role:

Lead the data division in the organization, creating innovative work processes and continuously enhancing technological systems to support critical business decision-making.

What Will You Do?

• Adapt, implement, and deploy advanced systems in data-intensive environments (Data Warehouse) using tools like Data Mining, ETL processes, and more
• Manage a team of implementers: assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure quality control
• Establish work routines in collaboration with business partners
• Provide professional guidance to the team, including training and leading defined methods and work procedures
• Support business clients and system users

Who Should Apply?

• Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience as a team leader - required
• Prior experience as a DWH / Data Engineering team leader – a significant advantage
• Experience in cloud-based integration processes, building data warehouse architecture, and data modeling in data lake and data warehouse environments
• Proficiency in reporting tools, user management, and access controls – an advantage
• Strong business acumen and experience managing cross-organizational projects

Additional Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with Amazon, Snowflake, PBI, Rivery
• Cloud AI infrastructure management
• Working with streaming products
• FINOPS, SAP BW
