Software Project Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute project work plans, outlining tasks, action methods, data collection, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations.

- Support and manage implementation and development phases involving all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project momentum.

- Gather business requirements from various units within the bank.

- Define functional work processes required in banking systems and user interfaces.

- Effectively manage interactions with internal clients.

- Lead matrix management of various internal stakeholders and interface with external parties (vendors, regulators, other organizations, etc.).

- Identify and analyze risks, define and implement prevention/mitigation actions, and monitor risks, including security and regulatory exposures.

- Plan and execute project procurement, including negotiation strategies, vendor selection, contract management, and contract closure.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, Computer Science, or a relevant field.

- Proven experience of at least 3 years in managing technology-related business projects.

- Knowledge and experience working with vendors/consultants.

- Familiarity with the banking sector and financial systems.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and drive initiatives without direct authority.

- Relevant experience in systems analysis is an advantage.

- Familiarity with WEB and Mobile project environments is a plus.
